However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not fully satisfied with the results. Below, we outline our refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Adjustment Period: If you are not satisfied with the initial staged photos, we offer up to two rounds of revisions free of charge to address your concerns.

Refund Requests: Refunds will only be considered if:
- The revisions do not meet your expectations after two rounds.
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving the final staged photos.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be granted for photos that were approved by the client during the revision process.
- Requests made after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for demo samples, as they are intended for demonstration purposes only.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
